Permission-authorized, privacy-bounded browser diagnostic records

📄️Add privacy-bounded browser records to the local structured diagnostic log stream

Operator-only same-origin endpoint. It accepts at most 64 closed-vocabulary browser records and re-emits them into the existing local JSON log stream; it does not retain an additional browser-log database or artifact. Records may carry only a canonical W3C traceparent to preserve their originating UI-operation trace. Browser timestamps, messages, errors, URLs, identifiers, and arbitrary attributes are rejected.
